ADULT PROGRAMS


Our programs will increase your fitness level and develop your body to meet the demands of being “active for life” and/or "competitive for life". The goal of all our programs is to help people recapture a body that moves well, pain free and functional for all activities in life.
 
 

Introduction to Functional Movement 
(Active for Life - Beginner)
The primary goal of this program is to help you enjoy life and the activities that define your lifestyle. Everyday movements require sufficient muscle strength, stabilization and coordination. You will learn how to strengthen your body to produce strong efficient movement. You will be assessed during the first and last session to identify individual needs. Exercises will focus on proper breathing, core activation techniques and movement patterns that translate to improvements in activities performed in sport and life.

Pillar Strength  
(Active for Life - Beginner/Intermediate)
This program will train your core to a whole new level. Pillar Strength training focuses on developing stability, strength and endurance in the abdominals, hips, lower back and gluteals. If you are looking for a workout that integrates balance, core strength, stability, and flexibility this is the program for you. Recommended for all beginners and intermediate levels of fitness.


Functionally Fit
(Competitive for Life - Intermediate/Advanced)
This program is guaranteed to make your body more fit and functional. Its the next level after 'Pillar Strength' and integrates balance, full body strength, stability, agility, cardiovascular conditioning as well as flexibility. Challenge yourself with this innovative and effective training program that uses cutting-edge fitness tools such as the TRX suspension system and gliders. 


Performance Flexibility  
(Active for Life - all levels)
This class is for those who want to improve their mobility and function for activity and performance. This class will focus on balance, strength, flexibility and core stability using classic stretching activities and posture awareness. Posture is linked together in a flowing sequence emphasizing continuous steady rhythm of breath and movement creating an athletic practice.

 
Roll With It: Small Ball Rolling Class  
(Active & Competitive for Life)
Small ball rolling is becoming an essential part of any conditioning program to create length and muscle release. Rolling around on a small 6” ball is one of the most effective techniques for releasing muscular tension while improving mobility and aligning your skeletal system. Muscle injuries such as strains and tears can be avoided with these techniques. Recommended for all levels of fitness.

Adult Sport Conditioning
(Competitive for Life - Advanced)
A program guaranteed to make your body ‘fit to play’! This is a group training program that uses sport training techniques to increase full body strength, core stability, agility, flexibility and more. This workout will enhance your fitness level and develop your body to meet the demands of life and sport. Recommended for intermediate and advanced levels of fitness.
