SPORT PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS
PacificSport offers many different workshops and courses to help athletes and coaches take their performance to the next level. Workshops are open to the public and to all athletes, coaches and parents unless otherwise specified. All programs are led by certified experts in their field. Programs Will be offered FREE or at a reduced cost to PacificSport Carded Athletes and Coaches. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WORKSHOPS
Developing Speed, Agility, and Quickness Parts I & II $20/session ($30/both nights)
Every court or field athlete knows that they need to be able to speed up, slow down, and change speeds and directions immediately. Learn the best techniques to improve your speed, quickness, and agility while you're playing and avoid injuries.

Introduction to Yoga for Athletes $20
What do the New Zealand All Blacks, Annika Sorenstam, and LeBron James all have in common? They are all athletes who use yoga to help boost their performance! Come try yoga for the first time or learn some new moves to help your training.

This eight-hour workshop serves as an introduction to injury prevention and on-site management of sports related injuries. Topics covered include recognition and control of potentially hazardous situations, injury assessment and the handling of life-threatening situations, management of common injuries, referral patterns and the development of a sports first-aid kit. Continuing education credits are offered for: College of Massage Therapists of BC (7) and Ringette Canada. A certificate of completion is issued.
