SPORT PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

PacificSport offers many different workshops and courses to help athletes and coaches take their performance to the next level. Workshops are open to the public and to all athletes, coaches and parents unless otherwise specified. All programs are led by certified experts in their field. Programs Will be offered FREE or at a reduced cost to PacificSport Carded Athletes and Coaches. !NEW! PRO-D DAY WORKSHOPS  PacificSport is offering a series of Sport Performance Workshops on Pro-D Days. Expand your knowledge and improve your performance without missing school or team practices! The workshops are designed so you can do one or both sessions within each day.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING Strength & Conditioning based programs to help improve your physical training and prevent injuries by learning correct movement techniques.

NUTRITION General and Sport Specific Nutritional Worshops to help you get the most effective information for your individual or athletic goals.

MENTAL TRAINING  Introductory and advanced topics in Sports Psychology will help you to understand and embrace the ways in which we can use mental training to gain a competitive edge and improve performance.

LIFE SKILLS  Programs focus on important life skills athletes need throughout their careers; Topics include Academic and Career Planning, Athlete Media Training, Athlete Marketing, Sponsorships and Athlete Retirement/Transitioning.
